House Democrats are moving forward with a reform package that includes (among other things):

• Support for a constitutional amendment to end Citizens United.
• New disclosure requirements for political organizations that spend money on elections.
• A matching system for small-dollar campaign contributions.
• Requirements that Facebook and Twitter disclose the source of money spent on political ads.
